Rubs

Rubs = delicious.

A delicious alternative to drenching your steak in marinade, rubs are a blend of your favorite seasonings, such as fresh or dried herbs and spices. And it lets you use your man-hands. Or woman-hands. (So you get to know your beef personally.)

Use rubs to add flavor, not to tenderize. Simply apply mixture to the surface of uncooked beef just before grilling or roasting. And the best part is, it won't cause flare-ups like a marinade can.
