Rules of the Grill Master
- Aprons are for sissies.
- Always keep your grill clean.
- If you're going to marinade or spice your meat, do it a good hour before grilling.
- Use oil or cooking spray on your cooking grate when grilling low fat meats.
- Use the proper tools. Here they are.
- Don't use spray bottles of water to control flare-ups. If you do, wear an apron while you do it. And scream real loud and high-pitched also.
