The secret to our luscious Gulf Coast Favorites is to start with the best seafood, add just the right seasonings and cook to perfection. Whether we grill it, fry it, blacken it, or pan-saute it, the same high standards that apply to our steaks are evident here. All are served with cole slaw and a Side Kick of your choice. Add a House, Caesar, or Wedge Salad.

Lump Crab Cakes

Two pan-sauteed crab cakes hand-made from lump crabmeat. Served with our Creole Chili Pepper Sauce.

Mahi-Mahi

A Texas-sized filet of Mahi-Mahi grilled or blackened. Rich, tender and full of flavor. Served with Lemon Herb Butter when grilled or Creole Chili Pepper Sauce when blackened. Add our special Kickin' Crab Crust for a little extra zing.

Texas Coconut Shrimp

Jumbo shrimp, lightly hand-rolled in fresh bread crumbs with coconut and fried to a golden brown. Served with our signature recipe Plum Good Sauce.

Catfish

Two Texas-sized helpings of catfish fried or blackened. Served with Texas Tartar Sauce when fried or Creole Chili Pepper Sauce when blackened.

Chipotle Bourbon-Glazed Salmon

Tender salmon filet, expertly prepared with an authentic southwestern chipotle rub. It's lightly brushed with our signature bourbon glaze and served over tri-color tortilla strips. We then top it all with two jalapeño slices.
