Our steaks come remarkably juicy and flavorful because they're fresh — never frozen — USDA choice cuts of beef we've aged for at least 21 days. Plus, we flame-grill ‘em over mesquite wood chips for a deep, beefy flavor that's authentic Texas. Each steak is served with your choice of one Side Kick and a House, Caesar, or Wedge Salad.

The most tender cut of all, the filet has a rich, buttery texture and flavor that is all the more enhanced by our special flame-grilling.

Ribeye

Ribeye

Perhaps the juiciest steak of all, and often a butcher's favorite cut, this boneless ribeye is extremely tender, filled with flavor and served sizzling hot.

New York Strip

It's New York in name, but Texas in taste, this beautifully marbled slab of steak is cut from the boneless strip loin and loaded with a hearty, honest beef flavor.

Porterhouse

The biggest steak we offer, the Porterhouse is a combination of a meaty, flavorful New York Strip and a fork tender filet.

Prime Rib

Slow-roasted beef hand-rubbed with our house seasonings make this a very tender, very flavorful meal. Served with au jus. Creamy horseradish sauce upon request. Available all day Sunday and after 4pm Monday-Saturday.

Texas Sirloin

A center cut piece of steak that is seasoned just right and placed over a fiery hot flame-grill. There's plenty of rich, beefy flavor and texture in every bite.

Marshal Dillon Ribeye

A Texas Steakhouse & Saloon original. It's our flame-grilled, juicy ribeye that's been marinating in spiced citrus juices for 72 hours. The distinct extra flavor brought on by the marinade adds an extra zing to this meaty cut of beef.

Cattleman's Ribeye

A premium 1855 18oz. bone-in ribeye that's hand-selected, hand-rubbed and known for its unmistakable flavor, juiciness and tenderness.

Sirloin and Lump Crab Cake

Our tender 7 oz. sirloin straight from the grill paired with a pan-sauteed lump crab cake. Served with cole slaw.

Ribeye and Ribs

A thick, juicy 10 oz. ribeye, mesquite-grilled to perfection along side a ¼ rack of our famous Baby Back Ribs. Served with cole slaw.

Sirloin and Shrimp

A mouth-watering, mesquite-grilled 7 oz. sirloin joined by a side of our succulent jumbo shrimp. Served with cole slaw.
