Turkey Chop Chop Salad

Tender slices of smoked turkey hand-tossed in a zesty chipotle ranch dressing with crisp mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, spicy roasted corn 'n peppers, fresh grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Piled high and topped with tri-color corn tortilla strips.

Fajita Salad

Mesquite-grilled chicken breast or steak filet blended with lime-marinated sautéed peppers and onions and fresh grated Cheddar cheese on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes and fried tri-color corn tortilla strips. Served with our own signature Tex-Mex or Texas BBQ Ranch dressing.
