Our starters come loaded with flavor and ready for sharing. Be sure to wash ‘em down with a nice cold Shiner Bock or two or three while you're at it.

Blossom Petals

Large and succulent onion petals dipped and dusted with our signature onion breading, and fried to a golden crispness. Served with our tangy blossom sauce for dipping.

Sundown Spinach Dip

Start it off with a combination of creamy spinach and four, count 'em, four types of cheeses to create the ultimate spinach dip served piping hot with crispy, seasoned corn tortilla chips.

Texas Heatwave Wings

Six Texas-sized, fried chicken wings, smothered in our own fiery sauce. Served with a side of Ranch dressing and celery.

Kickin' Crab Dip

Crab dip, done up Galveston style. Made with real lump crab, cream cheese and Tex-Mex spices. Served with toasted bread rounds.

Texas Potato Skins

Crispy potato skins loaded with bacon, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses and served with a side of warm Texas BBQ sauce.

BBQ Bacon Jalapeños

Mesquite-grilled fresh jalapeños stuffed with a trio of cheeses, wrapped in smoky bacon and brushed with our own sweet and spicy Texas Steakhouse & Saloon BBQ Sauce.

Campfire Cheese Fries

Seasoned fries piled high then smothered with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses and topped with bacon. Served with our Jalapeno Ranch dressing. Add Brownsville Chili.

Con Queso
