Our steaks come remarkably juicy and flavorful because they're fresh — never frozen — USDA choice cuts of beef we've aged for at least 21 days. Plus, we flame-grill 'em over mesquite wood chips for a deep, beefy flavor that's authentic Texas. Each steak is served with your choice of one Side Kick. Add a House, Caesar, or Wedge Salad.

Filet Mignon

The most tender cut of all, the filet has a rich, buttery texture and flavor that is all the more enhanced by our special flame-grilling.

Ribeye

Perhaps the juiciest steak of all, and often a butcher's favorite cut, this boneless ribeye is extremely tender, filled with flavor and served sizzling hot.

Texas Sirloin

A center cut piece of steak that is seasoned just right and placed over a fiery hot flame-grill. There's plenty of rich, beefy flavor and texture in every bite.

A Texas Steakhouse & Saloon original. It's our flame-grilled, juicy ribeye that's been marinating in spiced citrus juices for 72 hours. The distinct extra flavor brought on by the marinade adds an extra zing to this meaty cut of beef.
