Black & Blue Sirloin Salad

Texas Sirloin mesquite-grilled the way you like it. Served over a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, croutons, Blue cheese crumbles, Blossom Petals, bacon bits and choice of dressing.

Turkey Chop Chop Salad

Tender slices of smoked turkey hand-tossed in a zesty chipotle ranch dressing with crisp mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, spicy roasted corn 'n peppers, fresh grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Piled high and topped with tri-color corn tortilla strips.

Fajita Salad

Mesquite-grilled chicken breast or steak filet blended with lime-marinated sautéed peppers and onions and fresh grated Cheddar cheese on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes and fried tri-color corn tortilla strips. Served with our own signature Tex-Mex or Texas BBQ Ranch dressing.

Wedge Salad

A crisp ice berg lettuce wedge generously covered with crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes and Blue cheese crumbles. Topped with Jalapeño Ranch dressing.

Brownsville Chili

Tender cuts of beef, tomatoes, onions, green chilies and two kinds of beans. Topped with shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses and sliced jalapeños.

Tortilla Chicken Soup

Filled with chicken, vegetables, tortillas and spices in a rich broth topped with mixed cheeses and fresh jalapeños. Comes with crispy seasoned tortilla chips.

Loaded Potato Soup

Big chunks of potatoes, real cream, bacon, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses topped with sliced scallions, mixed cheeses and crumbled bacon.

French Onion Soup

Slices of caramelized, sauteed onions and our own crunchy garlic croutons in a rich beef broth. Topped with melted Provolone cheese.
